A new year and a new goal.
As of Jan 1st I weigh 93 Kilos, which is about 206.6 Llbs.
Body fat is 20% , so i am carrying 18.6 kilos or just over 41Llbs of fat.
My ideal goal is to lose over 12 weeks 2lbs of fat per week, so 24lbs in total over the next 12 weeks.
My aim is to lose the fat, while preserving muscle, I am more interested in my bodyfat % than i am in what the scales say i weigh. I know this is strange for alot of people, but the scales alone are not the best indicator.
If i can lose 10% body fat which is just over 0.8% per week over 12 weeks, i will be happy, In theory this is possible, time will tell if it is the case in practice.
