In order to burn fat, i need to do cardio workouts, because i have had an ankle injury i am not able to jog at the moment, so i will be hitting the cross trainer, or Elliptical Traininer as it is also known. The Cross Trainer is a great machine for burning a high number of calories while been low impact on the joints, this is perfect for me, when i have to do 60 minutes each morning.
