4th Day of Losing the Fat, and its a miracle i can even type this !. I have been doing cardio on a morning at the gym, no real problem there, but yesterday afternoon i did my first weight routine for 3 months, and boy do i feel it today. I knew this week would be a tough start, and was only planning on doing weights again Friday, but i wanted to let others know that if when they start out on this journey, its no easy ride.
