One of the adjustments i have made in order to get back in shape, is to get up at 5.45am to make the Gym for 6, its only 5 minutes from where i live, so that helps, i basicly get up, put on my gym gear and head out the door on autopilot. This is day 5 and i am surprised that i am not finding it a struggle to get up and do it, infact is not any harder to get up at 5.45am than it was at 7am, and what I can say is when i am leaving the gym at 7 i am feeling bloody good. Depending on the time you start work, i can say that getting up earlier to fit in the cardio workout is worth making the effort for.
