This week, has been tough for sticking to eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. I have been covering a poker tournament for th last few days, and although i could pick the right choices to eat, it was not possible to stick to the frequent meal times that i wanted to. It was not an option to plan ahead and have meals ready to seem me through the 12 hour days, so i just had to eat meals at normal times when the event had breaks for lunch and dinner.


I will see on Friday if this has made any difference to my results. I did however keep my cardio going without problem.


I will be doing weights today, but have not done any since last Tuesday, my muscles ached so much from last week, they took a week to recover.
