Ingredients:


6 fresh mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

1-1/2 red onions, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Chill and serve
Note: use caution when removing seeds from jalapeno peppers.

Use gloves or utensil as seeds will burn skin.
