End of week 4, so I am 1/3rd of the way through my 12 weeks.


Today's weight is 88 Kilos or 193.6 llbs


Body fat is now 17% so another 0.5% drop.


About 33lbs of fat or about 15 kilos.


This means I lost 1lb of fat this week, so again I have lost some muscle. I still need to look at my routine to ensure this doesn't keep happening.


I am into a routine for maintaining a healthy diet, I think and after the first 2 weeks, it's become habitual, now its not a problem.
