Today's weigh-in produced the following figures :


87.5 Kilos(192.5lb), a drop if 0.5 kilos (1lb).


My body fat down from 17% to 16.5% or 0.5 of a kilo of fat.



Which means that this week I have stopped losing muscle, the fat loss has stayed the same at 1lb. Over the last couple of weeks I was losing an average of 1lb of muscle each week.
