Weight 85.4 Kilos (approx 188 1lbs )


Body Fat 15.4 % - means I am carrying approx 13 kilos of fat.


Half a Kilo loss this week, and just under 0.6% body fat.


I seem to be averaging about 1lb of fat loss a week now, which is OK. Food wise I will post next week the type of things I am eating, but I would say the key to all this is without doubt exercise.
