Weight 86 Kilos (approx 189.lbs) Body Fat 16% - means I am carrying 13.76 kilos of fat. 1 Kilo loss this week, and just under 0.5% body fat. I am happy with the week and can start to see a difference in myself, which helps keep the motivation going. more »
