Weight 85.9 Kilos


Bodyfat 15.5%


Ok I had my week off, and enjoyed it, had a few drinks, and had friends visiting so a few restaurant meals out too. I did not go crazy, but I certainly didn't refuse anything when I was out. The week of has made me focussed for the next stage, with my goal to get to 10% bodyfat over next 10 weeks.

24th March 2006 : Weigh In Week 12

No change this week. The last weeks weight loss has been slow, so I am going to take a week of to give my system a break and then kick start the next phase

17th March 2006 : Week 11 Weigh IN

a Slight Drop of .4 kilos.


Weight 85 Kilos (approx 188 1lbs )


Body Fat 15 % - means I am carrying approx 13 kilos of fat.

10th March 2006 : Week 10 Weigh In

No change this week , so another plateau, which is strange becuase I have dropped another hole on the belt, so I must have lost some inches.

03rd March 2006 : Week 9 weight loss weight in

Weight 85.4 Kilos (approx 188 1lbs )


Body Fat 15.4 % - means I am carrying approx 13 kilos of fat.


Half a Kilo loss this week, and just under 0.6% body fat.


I seem to be averaging about 1lb of fat loss a week now, which is OK. Food wise I will post next week the type of things I am eating, but I would say the key to all this is without doubt exercise.
