			<description>I have never heard of that before. If you want to lose weight the easy way which is a cinch! I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast, for lunch it's fruit or veggies because bread is full of fat! so lay off the bread! I eat fruit in the afternoon if I'm really hungry then I eat dinner around 5 &amp;amp; then I don't eat anything else after dinner. DO NOT eat after 7 p.m. because that's how you gain the weight. I used to weigh 213 &amp;amp; now I weigh 158 &amp;amp; that was since August 2006 &amp;amp; 55 lbs lighter. If I can do it, you all can do it!</description>
